For our next concert on Sunday 6 December, we return to St Peter’s Collegiate Church in the centre of Wolverhampton, where we last played in 2010, this time, with our huge rental led display, we made sure everyone will see! The statue in the photo is Lady Wulfrun (935 – 1005), who is believed to have founded what is now the City of Wolverhampton, the name of which derives from Old English for Wulfruna’s high town. The church is built on the highest point in the city centre, and has a thriving musical culture based around a number of choirs, and links with St Peter’s Collegiate School.

Tickets for the concert are available from www.oxboffice.com.

Members of St Peter’s Boys and Girls Choirs will be joining the BPO for our performance of Mahler’s Eighth Symphony in Symphony Hall, Birmingham on 6 March 2016.
