BPO Concerts Digital Calendar

You can subscribe to the BPO Concerts Digital Calendar to add all of the BPO Concerts into your personal calendars on your phones, tablets and computers.  The BPO Concerts Digital Calendar will automatically update to include all future concerts and will provide information about each concert for your reference.

Instructions on how to subscribe to the calendar is detailed below:

Android Devices

Select this link.

This will open a webpage that shows a calendar of BPO rehearsals and concerts.
Click on the “+ Google Calendar” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the webpage.


This will then prompt you to add the BPO calendar to your Google Calendars – you may need to log onto your Google account first.

The BPO calendar should then appear in your list of calendars in your selected Calendar App – you may need to switch the calendar on within the app to make it display.

This will then create a calendar on your Android device which will be automatically updated for future concerts.

Apple Devices

The calendar needs to be set up as a subscribed calendar.

Select this link.

If this brings up an option to Subscribe, then select ‘Subscribe’.
This will then create a calendar on your Apple device which should be automatically updated whenever changes are made to the schedule.

If there is no option to subscribe when clicking the link to the file, then you will need to add the calendar manually.

The manual set up can be found through: ‘Settings’ > ‘Accounts & Passwords’ or  ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ > ‘Add Account…’ > ‘Other’ (scroll down to the bottom) > ‘Add Subscribed Calendar’.
The Server address for the subscribed calendar is:

https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/kahesmtauceihsktjqn5q1vpdo%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics 

This will then create a calendar on your Apple device which will be automatically updated for future concerts.

Outlook

Click on Calendar in the Navigation Pane (normally on the left hand side).

In the Home tab, there is an icon called ‘Open Calendar’ – click on this icon and select “From Internet…”

Paste the following text into the text box:  https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/kahesmtauceihsktjqn5q1vpdo%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

Select ‘OK’, then ‘Yes’ at the next prompt.

This will then create a calendar within Outlook which will be automatically updated for future concerts..

It is possible to view your personal calendars together with the BPO calendar by right clicking on the ‘BPO Concerts’ calendar in the Calendar view and selecting ‘Overlay’.
